Dear Parkland Homes at Addison Estates Homeowner,



As we approach the holiday season, we would like to wish each of you and your families a very happy holiday. We would also like to thank each one of you who attended a Board meeting this year and those of you who spoke at a Board meeting to give your input on the important matters we were discussing. We hope that you will continue to attend meetings and encourage other homeowners to do so.



The Board has made great improvements this year including the hiring of a Property Manager, Jeff Goldsmith, from All County Freedom Property Management. Jeff has been an asset to our homeowners association by attending homeowner meetings, by providing guidance on association matters and by sending emails to homeowners about important matters.



The Board completed the initial stages of the landscape project and continues to work on improving the entrance way to the development.



In addition, the Board has been improving communication with homeowners by sending emails and by updating the association website in order to keep homeowners informed about what is going on.



We added two more members to the Board increasing the membership on the Board from 7 members to 9. We recently had a resignation of one member for personal reasons and are seeking to fill the position of Secretary. This is an important position and If you are interested, please contact Jeff Goldsmith at 571-241-2297.



At the November Annual meeting, the Board approved the budget and HOA fees for 2025. After much discussion and although expenses have increased, the Board is able to keep the HOA fees at $250 per quarter for 2025.This is dependent, however, that each homeowner will pay their quarterly HOA fees when they are due at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, and October) since our budget is dependent on this. Please remember that there is a late fee of $25 for all HOA fees received after the15th of each of those months. Board Members – James Cardiello, Marc Desruisseaux, Daniela Cardiello, Shijo Joseph, and Arun Sivasankaran



Our Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each quarter at the Veterans Building in Mullins Park  in Coral Springs at 7:00 pm. In 2025, the first meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 followed by Wednesdays April 9th, July 9th, and October 8th. Please mark your calendar as homeowner attendance is extremely important.
